Is it per room or per user?

Neither. One price per property, however many rooms you have.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the app at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do I need to be online?

To take and look up bookings, yes. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they still go off when the signal drops.

Which currencies can I charge my guests in?

Any — you set your hotel’s currency, and guest invoices use it. The Hotelio subscription itself is billed in US dollars.
